  • Actually, from what I have heard, people of Latin American heritage use the term "Latino," while "Hispanic" is used to describe their European counterparts, but not by the Europeans themselves.

  • There is no difference between a Democrat and a Republican. When has our country EVER been in a good place? Look at the years of jawing back and forth between the Dem and Rep parties, with little work ever getting done on any level, from municipal to the state to the federal.

  • I always liked Specter, I feel he should become an independent rather than a Democrat. The (R) vs. (D) setup we have leaves out moderates.
